Liz Cheney was born on July 28, 1966, in Madison, Wisconsin to the former Vice President Dick Cheney and former Second Lady Lynne Cheney
Both of her parents were still studying at the time of her birth at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Liz’s younger sister, who goes by the name Mary Cheney, was also born in Madison.
